No. WitSpeak is an independent learning product and is not affiliated with IELTS, Cambridge, IDP, British Council, or any official test provider. Feedback and band estimates are educational guidance, not official scores.

WitSpeak is available on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
Manage or cancel your subscription in the store where you purchased it: Apple ID subscription settings for App Store purchases, or Google Play subscriptions for Android purchases. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests are handled by the store where you purchased: Apple for App Store purchases or Google for Google Play purchases, under that store’s policies.
Make sure microphone permission is enabled for WitSpeak in your device settings, then restart the app and try again.
Check that you are using the same email or sign-in method you used when creating your account. If the issue continues, contact support with your account email.
